Detailed description is Phinata: Un rdc 2 chambres, jardin et terrasse à Coxyde.
Un joli coin de paradis que nous avons créé avec mon petit mari.

Sur la digue, face à la mer :-) Phinata c'est nous "Philippe & Nathalie" .

C'est aussi notre petit nid que nous avons aménagé avec amour sur la digue de Coxyde.
Vous ne pouvez pas être plus près de la mer ...et des dunes :-) .

DESCRIPTIF.
L’appartement est entièrement remis à neuf.

Rez de Chaussée avec belle terrasse et jardin à l’arrière plein soleil dès le matin, 2 vraies chambres avec vue sur jardin au calme, 1ère chambre : lit 160 avec armoires 2e chambre avec lit superposé et armoire .Nouvelle literie partout.

Salle de bains avec baignoire / paroi douche et lavabo/machine à laver WC séparé.
Belle pièce à l’avant avec cuisine équipée ouverte, nouveau lave-vaisselle, four + four mo, vaisselle X12 (12 verres, 12 assiettes, etc.) Salon avec canapé 3 places convertible en un confortable lit (160) de 2 personnes + un canapé deux personnes .

Machine à laver, aspirateur, lit pour bébé, chaise haute bébé, BBQ, meubles de jardin, parasol, jeux de plage pour enfant, panier de basket, grille-pain, Senseo, bouilloire électrique, appareil grill à croque/panini, tv grand écran plat avec câble (+/- 20 chaines francophones), lecteur DVD, internet/wifi, essuies éponges (6 grands et 6 petits), essuies vaisselles, draps de lit, drap housse été/hiver pour tous les lits, édredons, oreillers, lavettes, fouet électrique, local vélo à la cave Conditions Pour éviter des problèmes d’allergie il n’y a pas de tapis, les animaux ne sont pas acceptés et nous demandons que l’on ne fume pas à l’intérieur.
Seul le chalet se trouvant dans le fond du jardin est privé..
