He is certified by International Sports Sciences Association as a Personal Trainer.
His experience, in addition to being a Personal Trainer, includes serving as the Fitness and Personal Training Manager at Centra State Fitness and Wellness, and was a Special Advisor to the Training Manager at Club Metro USA Freehold.
Pete can assist anyone at any age; ability or special populations achieve their goals.
His unique approach to training has helped high school athletes become stronger, faster and more explosive as well as Parkinson’s, traumatic brain injury; surgical rehab and pre/post menopausal clients all remain mobile and strong.
He is a natural coach and has spent his entire life helping others both in and out of the gym.
He is a patient and generous trainer.
His passion is seeing people realize the talent, ability and strength they contain within themselves.
