Since I have been only accepting new clients when one of my regular clients refer me to you then I will assume that they explained a little bit about what I do here and just how different I am from the regular type of pet boarding.
The dogs that I look after are the ones that do not do well in a regular kennel/boarding facility.
From the very small to the very large the dogs that I babysit tend to need more human interaction, one on one human contact for comfort, security and play..

All dogs that stay here with me must be spayed/neutered, up to date on their vaccinations and have NO aggression issues with other dogs.
The dogs that stay with me are not kennelled and have the freedom to move about my home just like they would at their own home.
The only time that I put a dog into a kennel (crate) is if I need to leave the house and do not trust the dog not to get into things and/or cause problems with the other dogs or if the owner prefers that the dog maintain the crate training they do at home..

My rates (right now) are 20.00 per dog per night or 36.00 for two dogs from the same owner.
I live on a couple of acres straight south of Dauphin tucked in across from Riding Mountain National Park.
It is nothing fancy but the location provides the sights, sounds and smells that all dogs love.
I provide pick up and return home for your dog as long as you live in Dauphin or close by.

Because of the time and effort that I put into making sure your dog is comfortable and enjoying their stay with me I am only taking on new clients that need their dog(s) looked after several times throughout the year..
I no longer take in dogs for the once a year vacation..

There is also Doggy PlayDates.
This is a great way for your dog to get some fresh air, exercise and fun when you know you will too tired and/or busy when you get home.
Some like to use the Playdates for when they need to go out of town for the day.
Right now my rates for PlayDates are 10.00 for 2 to 3 hours and 15.00 for over 4 hours..

For those with cats, birds and other pets that are better off staying home instead of being boarded out I provide Home Visits.
Each visit will consist of providing fresh food and water(meds if needed) cleaning up the litter box/cage and when time allows I love to interact with the pets with play, brushing or just hanging out for a bit.
Each visit (right now) is 15.00.
All details will be discussed at out Meet & Greet..

If you are still interested in having me look after your pet(s) I need you to call me at 204-638-7880 or message me so we can plan on a day and time for me to come to your place for a Meet and Greet.
This gives your pet(s) a chance to meet me for the first time on their home turf and for you and I to discuss how best I can look after them when you are away.
This is also an opportunity for you to get to know me and ask any questions and/or concerns that you may have.
Then there is some paperwork for you to fill out for me..
