Detailed description is Performance One Sailing provides first class, experienced coaching and regatta support for regional, national, and international regattas along with providing Jr sailing program consultation, coaching clinics for sailors and newer coaches world wide.
Performance One Sailing was originally formed in 2009 by Coach Scott Lindley to provide sailors first class coaching at national and international events who's yacht clubs or sailing programs would not provide such a service.
P1 for the last 3 years has produced some of the finest sailors on and off the water.
Performance One is coached by former and present US National Optimist Team Coaches and world class sailors.
We provide Regatta Support and coaching along with custom designed clinics world wide for sailors of all levels and newer coaches who want to get to the next level..

The owner and head coach of Performance One Sailing is Scott Lindley.
Scott's experience comes from growing up in the San Diego Yacht Club Jr.
Sailing Program and went on to sail and compete at the Jr, High School, National, College, International and Olympic levels of sailing.
Scott raced mostly Sabots, Sailboards, Snipes, Lasers, Laser II's, 420's, 470's, Etchells, PC's and Melges 24's.
Scott went on to work at Banks in Sales/Research and Development and then North Sails as a salesman.
Scott coaching at the Ft.
Lauderdale Yacht Club in 2003 and since then was the Sailing Director of the Palm Beach Sailing Club, Texas Corinthian Yacht Club and the Houston Yacht Club.
Scott has been coaching for over 10 years with the Optimists and an additional 4 years growing up at the San Diego Yacht Club as a Jr Coach.
Scott's total experience in coaching and racing makes him the coach he is today.
