Parents Empowering Parents of Children with Disabilities, Inc., informally known as “PEP”, was founded in October 2013 by seven mothers of children with disabilities and special health care needs out of a dire need for availability of resources, access to Special Education services, and adult life options for their children.
Our mission is to provide training, advocacy and support to parents of children with disabilities, youth with disabilities to 26 years of age, and for the educators and professionals who serve them.
