I’ve got one of the prettiest spots at Chicaugon Lake.
There is 150 ft of lake frontage with two acres of privacy.
The location can’t be beat, as it’s adjacent to George Young golf course and 1/2 mile from Pentoga Park and the public boat landing.

My cabin isn’t much to look at from outside, but you know it’s a gem as soon as you walk in the door! .

· Spacious 1500 sq feet, rustic look and feel with beautiful knotty pine throughout.

· 2 nicely decorated bedrooms downstairs, each with a queen bed.

· 1 large bedroom/play area upstairs with two big bunk beds, game table, and a foosball table.

· 1 bathroom downstairs with full bath/shower.

· Kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and dishwasher..

· Comfortable living room with a sleeper sofa, two recliner chairs, loveseat, and a fireplace.

· 42 inch Sony HD TV with satellite, Blu Ray DVD player, and Bose theater surround sound stereo.

· Wireless internet; wireless printer.

· Upgraded plumbing and electrical.
Washer and dryer conveniently located in the utility room.

· One of the best features is the large screened-in front porch.
It has all of the necessary comforts, including reclining LaFuma zero gravity chairs (great for the back and knees!), small refrigerator, and a ceiling fan.
Sit back and relax to the sound of the wind in the trees and the loons calling to one another on the lake.

· Three outdoor picnic tables, and a dock to secure your boat.
I’m told it’s one of the best spots on the lake for fishing off of the dock.

· Very large yard great for playing catch, Frisbee, lawn bocce, croquet, volleyball, etc.

· Path down to the lake passes an outdoor fire pit that is perfect for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores.

Details: Rental is $750 per week which includes all taxes and fees (lower rates after Labor Day).
This is very competitive pricing, and the same price charged by the former owners prior to my buying and fixing it up in 2010.
Typical rental timeframe is Saturday to Saturday, checking in no earlier than 3pm and checking out no later than 11am.
This will give the cleaners an opportunity to spiff it up for the next guests.
Prefer no more than six people in a rental group since there’s only one bathroom.
