Ashley Winkelspecht, Founder of Peacefully Well has a mission to help individuals restore balance to their body and mind, improve their health and well-being and open to the light and love within themselves through an integrative approach to healing.
Her natural gifts of healing, energy work and mind/body/spirit practices have led her to become a certified SoulStar yoga instructor, Pilates instructor, Reiki practitioner, movement specialists, AromaTouch Technique practitioner, space clearing practitioner and crystal enthusiast.

Ashley has worked in the medical field for 7 years as an athletic trainer for athletes and performing artists from youth to professional levels.
Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Slippery Rock University in 2010 and completed her Advanced Clinical Practice Masters degrees in Athletic Training from ESU in 2011.
She is also a certified Performing Arts Medicine specialist.

Ashley has provided wellness education and medical care to many young athletes and performers in the Lehigh Valley and Pocono region.
She has played an integral role in the rehabilitation and reconditioning of her patients to restore balance and healthy functioning back to the body and mind.
She had the privilege of teaching and mentoring many athletic training and healthcare students.
The education and experiences that she has provided her with in depth knowledge and understanding of using a “whole body” approach to health..

Ashley’s interest in holistic/integrative/complementary and alternative practices started in college when she went to an energy medicine workshop.
“I remember how blown away I was by the information that was being shared and wondered why working with the body's energy pathways was not a common practice”.
She continued her studies in traditional Western medicine but kept wanting to know more about complementary and alternative practices.

In 2012 she started to investigate Pilates as a movement therapy and discovered the amazing benefits it had in her own body and those she was treating.
Learning the importance of looking at the whole body and establishing a strong foundation on which to function.
The story continues to grow from here as she turned to Reiki, Yoga, essential oils and good nutritional practices to heal her life and take back control of her health and well-being.
"I learned the true oneness of the practice of yoga through opening to the emergence of my mind, body and spirit and uncovering the light within me and allowing love to be my guide one step at a time.
