I love sharing healthy tips & recipes.
I'm a small town Christian gal who loves providing my family with a healthy lifestyle by giving them healthy meals that taste great, fun exercise, fun activities, & lots of LOVE.
I would love to share these ideas with you all <3.

I am teaching my family how to eat healthy, but I won't deprive them of their favorites.
Instead I have started to "re-create" the "Forbidden Recipes" into meals that I can be proud to serve them, but that are also delicious, & I want to share those recipes with you <3.

My family knows that exercise is important & I am showing them that it does not have to be boring or seem like a chore.
We do a lot of activities that are so much fun & they keep the kids moving.
An hour a day of electronics is more than enough in my opinion, so I fill in the rest of the day with fun aka healthy exercise & educational activities! I will be sharing these activities with you too <3.

I have always had a passion for wellness, but when I was diagnosed with several autoimmune diseases, it became a must for my family.
Autoimmune can do horrible things to your body, & the worst part of it is that it is your own body attacking itself.
Mine started with me losing over 1/3 of my hair, I couldn't walk up a flight of stairs with out taking a rest & getting my breathing back in order, my skin had little bumps all over it, I had Zero energy to do anything, & was told if I did not get my liver enzymes down, I might need a liver transplant.
I was sent to a specialist & put on a pretty strong dose of medications which was the start to my long healing process but also a lot of weight gain.

I don't want you to feel alone like I did, I know what its like to gain 30 pounds in what seems like over night, I know what it's like to wake up achy & tired each day, I know what it's like to have no energy, but I also know that I am a fighter & so are you! .

Even though Autoimmune is not hereditary, it does put your children at a higher risk for it.
The only way to combat this from happening is to be sure that their immune system is not compromised & helping them to live a healthy lifestyle will do that <3 .

I Love how I feel when I eat a healthy diet & cook healthier versions of favorite foods, I love how I feel after working out with great fitness trainers! I love how I feel after taking a walk or my version of going for a run...not very pretty, but I can get it done, lol , but what I love more is knowing that my family is also feeling this way!.
