Basic Training is all about results.
“Operation: Get Fit Quick” is a new hybrid version of Basic Training inspired by military style workouts and sports-specific training exercises used by professional athletes.
At the end of this six week session you will look better, run faster, and feel healthier than ever.

OPERATION: GET FIT CHALLENGE:.

Record your weight and take a before picture of yourself by the first day of Basic Training.
Give up on Dairy, Soda, Fruit Juice, and alcohol for at least 15 days.
Eat smaller portions but more frequently (5 times a day).
Eat your biggest meal of the day first, and the smallest last.
Eat carbohydrates in the morning as it is your main source of fuel.
After the last day of Basic Training record your new weight and take an after picture of yourself.
