2014年10月，抱著緊張的心情，膽粗粗於屯門區的工業大廈開設首間Party La Baby派對租用場地，短短大半年的時間，由無人問津到每個週六、日全日爆滿！真的要多謝各位爸爸媽媽同埋年青人的支持。短短八、九個月的時間，店主決定多開一間分店，讓更多的爸爸媽媽同年青人可以嚟Party La Baby小聚。於是喺2015年的6月，同一樓層開設2.0分店，適逢暑假檔期，好快兩間店的週六、日都預約爆滿。.

好景不常，地政署於2015年7月，無錯，2.0分店開店一個月唔夠，接到通知，工廈違規經營！迫於無奈，要推掉往後已落訂的客人，並且要即時停業。.

也許天無絕人之路，面對種種壓力之下，掙扎著到底要結業還是另求出路，最後於2015年9月，搵到屯門的一幢商業大廈（亦即是現時地址，屯門中央廣場）並且無懼成本倍增，堅決繼續經營Party La Baby！直到2016年的今天，Party La Baby仍然屹立不倒，希望大家繼續多多支持！.
