The maximum number of passengers allowed on the bus is either 16 or 32 depending on the bus booked - one child counts as one passenger..

Please state the bus you would like when booking eg 16 or 32 seater - you need to confirm your name - address - post code - telephone number - date of party - type of party to secure your booking..

3.
A deposit of £100 for the 32 seater bus - please note deposits are non refundable..

4.
A charge may occur if - there is any damage to the bus - person being sick - ripped seats - missing remote controls..

NO glass glasses or cups to be taken on board - plastic cups are supplied..

The toilet on the 32 seater is to be used STRICTLY FOR URINATING any miss use will incur a heavy fine - and only to be used when the vehicle is stationery..

There is only one pick and drop of point for the party - the bus must leave on time so the driver can follow strict VOSA driving times - if the driver is late due to heavy traffic etc - the time will be added to the end.

For long journeys there is a set time for pick on day of travel and for the return journey - these times must be kept to at all times - driver has strict driving times to adhere to..

Extremely drunk people will not be allowed on the bus - any abuse towards the driver will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the bus..

STRICTLY NO SMOKING OR DRUGS - WE HAVE CCTV ON BOARD..

If alcohol is found on under 18 year olds the party will be terminated immediatley.
18 yr olds may be asked for ID so please ensure you have it with you..

Only cash accepted on day of travel - WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES.

Alchol is allowed on the bus - food is also allowed but please state when booking..

The Party Bus Global is not held reponislbe for belongs being left on the bus..

Any bad behaviour - extreme drunkeness - abuse to each other or to the bus will result in the party/journey being terminated..

The Party Bus Global is NOT held responisible for any spillages on clothing when the bus is in motion..

All passengers must be seated while the bus is in motion and wear seat bealts by law - seat belts are provided and must be worn by under 14's - this is the supervising adults responsibility - we are not held responsible to any injuries to passengers whom do not follow the rules..

Please make the driver/organiser aware if you DO NOT WISH YOUR PHOTO TO BE PUBLISHED - WEBSITE OR FACE BOOK - when booking..

The organiser must inform us of anyone with asthma or epilepsy - as we have smoke machines and strobe lighting..

Please state if you are bringing luggage on weekend trips..

Your party may be cancelled in extreme weather condititons - you will be notified asap by the Party Bus Global..

Under 16s year olds must be accompanied by at least one adult, whom is also responsible for under 14 seat belts to wear seatbelts..

All equipment used during the journey - mic for karaoke - remote controls must be handed back to the driver at the end of the party..

It would be greatly appreciated if any rubbish could be collect in a bag and disposed of - the driver will have bags - please ask.
The bus should be left in the same state as it arrived !.

As the organiser it is your responsiblitly to ensure the journey starts on time - late departures can disrupt other bookings - the bus will wait NO LONGER than 25 mins..

Any major damage to the bus will be charged to the organiser and payment to be made in full for parts/repair.
If payment is not made with in the time limit court procedure will commence - WE HAVE CCTV ON ALL BUSSES..
