Situational Awareness starts the class and then light stretching warm up before hands on instructions, drills and practice.
Ideally the participant will attend more than one class so they can learn and practice each week but if you want to attend just one, you will be welcome! Besides defensive posture and moves, participants will become familiar with Pepper Spray, Kubotan, Yawara, and Taser as well as familiarizing them with common everyday items from their purse or pockets that are weapons when the need arises..

We are seeing a rise in bullying and in the damage being done to our young.
Our Anti-Bullying program focuses on the "I Am A Winner" concept that each child is fearfully and wonderfully made with a unique plan for their life, and each life is important.
Each week students will learn new lessons and gain insight and skills.
At the end of the 6 week program, your child will be awarded an "I AM A WINNER" T-shirt to remind them that they are, indeed, a winner..

Parents have a big responsibility in the raising of children who will be less likely to bully others or be bullied themselves.
Frank discussion will cover recognizing that your child is being bullied, responding appropriately, and addressing children (even your own) who are bullying others.
Class for parents is conducted onsite upstairs while child is being taught downstairs.
Parent class is held the first Saturday of each month..

Saturday Anti-Abduction Classes are for children only.
Adult classes are available in Women's or Men's groups at other times as Personal Defense.
Parents are asked to remain off site during first day of class so instructors can gain the respect for their authority with the child without conflict of response.
