All goodies are gluten, grain, dairy, soy FREE! All of the goodies are gluten/grain/dairy/soy/processed sugar free...
I use all organic ingredients and local farm eggs when possible! All goodies are sweetened with dates, local honey, or grade A maple syrup (the only added sugar is in Enjoy Life chocolate chips/chunks).

Honey-vanilla, chocolate (lite mocha flavor), vanilla-chai, pumpkin (with or without chocolate chips), banana, tropical carrot.
Frosting: vanilla, chocolate, spiced maple, wildberry, "faux" cream cheese.
Filling: coffee caramel, salted caramel, lemon curd, German chocolate, wildberry creme, spiced pumpkin caramel, apple caramel .
