Detailed description is Pabitra Samaj Sewa Nepal is founded in January 2002 as a non- governmental organization that is dedicated towards helping conflict affected people, women, the disabled, orphans, children of victims of domestic violence.

Background Information / Justification:.
All religion's essence is to provide service to those who aren't in the mainstream in the society.
Such types of work should be respected and make inspiration to those person who are doing for the advancement of the society.
PSS Nepal has been serving those person who are helpless, really who have no guardian and have no single own thing for the safeguard to their lives.
They are in the protection under the umbrella of Pabitra Samaj Sewa Nepal since its inception, 2002.
Its vision.
mission and objectives is to rescue those person who are laying down on the street, garbage, riverside and at anyplace.
Its motto is to empower them, inspire them, motivate them, and make their feeling that we are also the human beings and have to rights to survive in this beautiful earth..
In the beginning, this organisation cared a child thrown in the garbage.
It has conducted vocational training such as sewing, computer and awareness training programs to the joblessness, helplessness widows and domestic victim women.
Now there are altogether 30 persons including children, widow and senior citizens are under the umbrella of this organisation.
It has managed the children to take school level education.
It has managed to take appropriate training for widows and helpless women to make them independent.
Without regular financial source, it is more difficult to manage above mention activities..
Till now this organization has not get any kind of support from any government and non- governmental organization.
It is fully run by the individual support, but it is not permanent and sustainable ways to make longer its activities.
For this noble cause, to achieve noble mission, it is urgent need to support from the governmental, not governmental organisation and international agencies which are highly related with this program.
We are presenting our proposal to your organization to make this mission sustainable and feasible..

Objectives:.
To provide accommodation to the children, the aged and the disabled people.
To provide formal as well as informal educational/ vocational training to widows, domestic victim women and children.
To provide income generating skills to widows for economic independence.
To provide counselling services to widows, their children and street children to enable them to regain self-respected and self-esteem..

Activities to be carried out:.
Major Activities: Based on the above mentioned objectives ,the following programs will be performed on basis of availability of financial resources.
Activities in details.
Activity 1: Selection of helpless children and other senior citizens .

25 children and 5 domestic victim women and senior citizens who have no own care giver have been selected on the basis of priorities, those number will be increased if the future resources will be supported us..

Activity 2: Vocational Training/ Literacy program.

The women who are interested to take vocational training/ computer training/literacy program etc for skill development, manage them to take training as per the need of the person and make them independent..

Activity.3: Lodging and Fooding for the Senior Citizens.

The person who are senior citizens, manage to lodging, fooding and caring them as per need and to provide homely and lovely environment to them..

Activity.4: Appointment of Project Coordinator.

A Project Coordinator will be appointed by applying competitive recruitment process for coordinating whole program during this project.

An Accountant will be appointed by applying competitive recruitment process for preparing whole accounting document as per the standard of accounting principle to make whole transaction transparent and accurate.

• Some persons will be able to get vocational training and will be able to do their own profession after taking training..
