Detailed description is Lady Rattler Soccer! The Women’s Soccer program at OJC is a young program, but it has already established high standards of success.
Since its inaugural season in 2012, the Lady Rattlers have made regular appearances in the national rankings and have been in the Region IX Tournament Championship game each year.
They earned first place finishes during regular season play in 2012, 2014 and 2015 and finished second place in 2013 and 2016.
During the 2014 season, the Lady Rattlers won the Region IX and District C Championship Title and qualified for the NJCAA National Tournament for the first time in OJC Women’s Soccer history.
In addition, they finished the 2014 season ranked #4 in the country.
The program’s has an impressive overall record of 67-15-7 going into the 2017 season..
In addition, the program has a reputation for developing high-quality student-athletes and moving players onto play at the 4-year level.
The team regularly has a team GPA of at least 3.0 or higher.
In its first three years, the program has produced 36 All-Region IX players, three Region IX Freshman of the Year, two Region IX MVP's and an NJCAA All-American, in addition to moving 35 players onto play at NCAA Division I, II and NAIA levels..
