Detailed description is Our property offers a 2 bedroom, boutique suite (comprising 1 Queen and 1 Single - for 3 guests) adjoining the fabulous 3km long Orewa Beach near Auckland OREWA BEACH - ACCOMMODATION.
We offer a 2 bedroom, Boutique Studio Suite with dining and lounge seating, ensuite (shower & toilet), kitchenette, deck and private courtyard.
This Bed and Breakfast suite has your own separate level entry through a private and secure garden courtyard..
Although the Queen and Single beds are setup for 3 guests, a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children) can be accommodated as the single bed separates to become 2 single beds on own bases at a lower height.

Your kitchenette is maintained fully provisioned for Continental Style breakfast which includes: eggs, yogurt, cereals, fruit, milk and breads and this is all included in our tariff.
However if you wish to have a full English style breakfast, this is available by menu selection the night before and is only served in our upstairs dining room.
