Detailed description is Equestrian Riding Stable We are a small private barn with 3 stalls plus one outdoor/indoor stall and are located 20 minutes from Fredericton on Route 104 in Burtts Corner, NB.
We currently have 2 horses of our own, one boarder and have room for one more horse.
There is also the option of a more natural horse board as we could do a 24/7 turn out with access to the run-in shelter..

The barn and property have undergone extensive renovations in the past year.
The stable has 2 large dry paddocks adjoined to the barn for ease of turn in/out with a large stock tank (heated in winter) and run-in shelter.
We also have over 5 acres of green pasture available 24/7 and are in the midst of constructing a second run-in shelter for the pasture area (although the apple orchard provides natural shade in the spring/summer months).
The pasture area is a combination of cleared field in the lower pasture and a beautifully maintained apple orchard in the upper pasture providing both shade and natural treats during the summer months.
Flexible turnout options are available and include turned out during the day and stalled at night; stalled for bad weather only; or 24/7 turnout.

We have a newly constructed outdoor riding arena approximately 120 x 70, access to the Trans Canada Trail and adjacent fields for trail riding.
Our horses receive individual attention daily and are blanketed, groomed, turned in/out as required at no additional cost.
Your equine friend will be treated and given the same respect as our horses..

The stalls and paddocks are maintained spotless and cleaned twice daily...we use co-op kiln dried pine shavings in the stalls.
Each stall is equipped with heated water buckets during the cold months which are cleaned every couple of days to maintain a high standard of cleanliness..

We have a tack room/feed room complete with saddle holders and room for any of your tack.
There is also a newly constructed wash rack adjacent to the barn allowing one to hose horses down in a safe environment.
The barn has a hay loft capable of storing up to 600 bales which allows us to keep our hay clean and dry throughout the year..

As each horse has varying dietary needs, clients are required to provide their own feed and/or supplements, however free choice square bale hay is included in the board.
This is a private facility and due to the care and individual attention each horse receives the price of board is $350 per month.
