When can I buy Grad Night tickets?.
A: You can buy the Grad Night tickets through our booth sales that are as follow:.

Our booth is located either Pick&Bite or Opp Pasta Mania (tentative due to availability) .
Booth 1: Wed 12 March 11am-4pm (PICK AND BITE).
Booth 2: Thursday 13 March 1130am-4pm (OPP PASTAMANIA).
Booth 3: Wed 26 March 11am-4pm.
Booth 4: Wed 2 April 11am-4pm.
Booth 5: Fri 4 April 11am-4pm.

How do I pay?.

A: Preferably cash as the other payment modes are unavailable as of yet.

Can I invite non-SMU friends?.
A:Yes you may, plus-one's are also allowed, but do note that this is ultimately an SMU event.

When are Early-Bird sales?.
A: Early-bird sales ends on booth sale 2, which is thursday 13 march 4pm! SO DO GRAB YOUR TIX NOW.

If I help 3 friends buy early-bird tickets, how many lucky draw entries do I have?.
A: 1 ticket entitles you to 1 lucky draw chance, so you can still have 4 chances!.

Can I refund my tickets?.
A: We adopt a no-refund policy, unfortunately.
However, you may submit a written request for refund to gradnite@smu.edu.sg.
OAA will review your submission and make a final decision (we cannot guarantee money back for this).
What is ideal is to find a friend to buy your ticket.

I can only find 11 friends, can I squeeze my friend with my table?.
A: Unfortunately, MBS would only set tables for 10 people (chairs, cutlery, crockery, glasses, food portions etc.) and so they do not allow more than 10 to fit at one table.
I'm sure you can find 4 more people! :D don't be shy to ask your friends!.

For my table of 10, can we pay for our tickets separately?.
A: No, you may not.
This is to ensure record keeping on our side is not complicated.
We are dealing with potentially 470 people and their records!.

9Am I able to reserve a seat without paying?.
A: We adopt a no-money, no-seat policy.
This is to ensure our accounts tally with seats sold.
However, this also means that the moment you pay, you have the liberty to select the seats you want!
