After two years of battling what looked like chicken pox skin, I had had enough.
Enough creams and drugs (that weren’t working anyways) so I delved into lifestyle medicine! Within 3 months, my skin was clear and I was med free.

As a dietitian, I have the clinical training and can speak the biochemistry and physiology necessary to help people but I’m unique in the fact that I won’t just talk food and diets.
I value the science but I value the study of the individual the most.
I practice with an Integrative and Functional medicine approach.
Meaning I work to help the individual address the ROOT CAUSE of what’s going on versus just treating the symptoms.
What works for one will not work for all and I believe the more we know about ourselves, the more we can do to create the optimal live that allows us to be the best version of ourselves.
