Nurturing Within Yoga is in its 8th year of business and although small I have had the opportunity to share my skills and wisdom as a yoga teacher to a wide portion of the Canberra community from my Wednesday evening classes, to kids yoga programs in childcare centres, preschools, primary schools, children with special needs in the Autistic units and special needs units within schools and holiday programs, prenatal classes for emotional health and wellbeing, mums and bubs prenatal yoga programs, corporate yoga programs and private yoga programs for all sectors of the community where individuals have required specific needs to be met for anxiety, depression, cross training- complimenting their competitive sporting interest, sleeping difficulties, rehabilitation & meditation and coaching.
A treasure that has only enhanced the quality of my life whilst choosing to balance my love & devotion of my family of 6 with my love and devotion of practicing and teaching Yoga..
