Detailed description is Wir sind ein Familiengeschäft mit über 20 Jahre Erfahrung in der Vietnamesischen Küche und verzichten dabei auf die Nutzung von Geschmacksverstärkern.
Der Name unseres Restaurants „Ngan Tinh" steht für den Namen meiner Frau Ngan und mich Herr Tinh.

Meine Frau und ich sind im Jahr 1980 nach Deutschland gekommen und haben das Land und die Menschen kennen und lieben gelernt.
Im Frühjahr 1991 hatte meine Frau Ngan eine Idee, ein Restaurant in Schwerin zu eröffnen und die traditionelle vietnamesische Küche unseren Gästen anzubieten.
Unser Konzept wurde von unseren Gästen überwältigend gut angenommen, weshalb wir auch begonnen haben, weitere Speisen und Gerichte aus der vietnamesischen Küche unserem Angebot hinzuzufügen.
Unsere Familie entstand einer berühmten Kochfamilie aus Vietnam.
Unser Verzicht auf Geschmacksverstärker, unsere Liebe zum Detail sowie unsere originalen Rezepturen sind der Grund, weshalb unsere Gäste immer wieder kommen..
Seit 2006 führen wir nun unter diesem Leitbild dieses „ Ngan Tinh“-Restaurant im Levantehaus in Hamburg.
Mutig kreierten wir eine original vietnamesische Speisekarte und führten hier unser ursprüngliches Konzept ein.
Denn wir wussten - das Hamburger Publikum ist weltoffen, neugierig und vor allem anspruchsvoll.
