Detailed description is Next Level Sports is a privately owned and operated company based in Powder Springs, GA.
Our goal is to provide multiple skill level youth sports programs.
My name is Broddrick Archie (Coach Archie) and I am an award winning youth sports coach in the state of Georgia.
I started this company because parents would become upset if I draft or select their child in the local recreation leagues due to the reputation, structure and success of my teams.
I believe all children deserve a chance to excel at their desired sport and learn to play the correct way so I developed Next Level Sports to partner with local school systems.
In this way, I can essentially, :coach" everyone's child.
I have three boys of my own ages 11, 7 and 4 years old.
All three boys are very active in youth sports and I have coached their teams to championship wins in multiple district, sectional and state tournaments in baseball, basketball and football as well as one World series championship and two State Championships! Personally, I played baseball, basketball and football in Smyrna, GA at an early age and advanced to a very high level.
However, excellent athletic skills and achievements don't necessarily mean you can successfully coach kids in sports.
During my first year of coaching my oldest son's T-Ball team, I discovered that I had a gift and talent for coaching young children..

My coaching success is based on getting to know each child and their personal interests to determine what motivates them.
Once we establish a relationship, the child will retain the instruction no matter the age of the student athlete.
We focus on fundamentals and rules of the games and then escalate instruction to higher levels as the student progresses.
The relationship between coach and student encourages the athlete to reach higher levels.
Obviously, all coaches have their own way of coaching but that's what makes Next Level Sports unique! I personally train and teach all of my coaches the Next Level coaching style and approach of the fundamentals of the specific sport.
