I had spent years using traditional and holistic methods to heal many of my wounds and programs.
I learned how to ease the automatic reaction and get back to neutral quicker, but NLP helped me to essentially release the wound or rewrite the program.
When I healed and connected the parts of me that were signaling for help, I learned the lesson it was there to provide and I no longer needed the teacher.
NLP offers new awareness of self and the world around you and gives you a simple map of how your mind works so that you can begin to use your mind more effectively to create the life you want, and edit or delete auto-pilot programs that are not serving you.
