Main Street Spirit – Cheer Class .
Ages Kindergarten-6th grade (K-2, 3-6 if necessary) .
Mondays 4:00-4:45 (7:15-8:00 if necessary) September-February.
Cost: $35/month.
.
Class will be split into two sections by age if enrollment exceeds 12 participants.
Sections will be limited to 12 participants each.
A waiting list will be utilized if necessary.

Participants will learn good stretching techniques, conditioning techniques, basic tumbling skills, and beginner stunting skills, floor cheers, sideline chants and a Cheer Dance.

There will be a parent’s watch night during the season and then a small performance at the commencement of the season.

Attire: Sport/Work out Attire.
Such as a leotard and track shorts.
Tennis shoes with little to no thread on soles.
No outdoor shoes on mats permitted.
(This prevents injury during stunting.) Hair should be worn off shoulders and out of face.

Jazz Funk (Adult Jazz) .
Ages: 18+.
Mondays 6:15-6:45.
Cost: $15/Month.

A combination of traditional jazz techniques and more modern jazz/hip hop skills.
Another great class for the adult of any level, beginner to former dancer.
There will also be a routine or two based on the progression of the class.

Attire: Comfortable sportswear/work out gear.
Comfortable tennis shoes or jazz shoes.

No performances scheduled but negotiable.

Showstoppers (Adult Tap) .
Ages: 18+.
Mondays 6:45-7:15.
Cost: $15/Month.

A great class for all skill levels.
Whether a first time student or a former dancer who wants to enjoy a tap class again.
Will learn and review traditional tap techniques and skills.
Also will learn a routine or two based on the progression of the class.

Attire: Comfortable sportswear/work out gear.
Tap shoes, any kind.
Can be purchased through program but not required.

Children and adults will participate in activities designed to develop children’s gross motor skills through basic tumbling skills, song and dance.
Class will promote engagement and interaction with tot and adult throughout every activity.

Ballet slippers or similar footwear for children and adults, no outdoor shoes permitted on mats so please plan accordingly.
