IN 1977, forty-three born-again believers from a cross-section of denominational backgrounds met in a home in Waynesville, North Carolina to begin a New Testament Church.
In the first years, our founding pastor, Dr.
Frank Harvey led the Church from services in that same family room to an old dry-cleaner's building in downtown Waynesville, then finally in 1991 to its present location at 767 Lee Road in Clyde.
With each growth opportunity the NCC faithfully responded and was abundantly rewarded.
Having vowed in 1977 to give ten percent of all offerings to missions, today New Covenant has planted missions in almost every country in the world.
In 2004, after twenty-seven years, Dr.
