Detailed description is Holiday accommodation - Riverfront two storey house, with 4 bedrooms and outdoor entertaining areas Located at Mannum Waters Marina, just 2kms from the township of Mannum, this brand new home built in July 2015, offers the ultimate Murray River getaway for families or large groups.
The home offers a modern, bright and fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher.
The large adjacent living area has sliding doors opening on to a large deck area with outdoor table and BBQ, where you can relax and enjoy the views to the lagoon just metres from the house..

Completing the downstairs floor plan is a separate lounge, laundry and toilet as well as a two car garage.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has an ensuite with double shower, large walk-in closet and sliding door leading to a large deck.
There are another 2 bedrooms with king beds and a fourth bedroom with 2 bunks.
