*Children-.

Due to past issues, it saddens me that I have to ask that children do not accompany you to your nail appointment.
I have chemicals in my office that could seriously harm a child as well as very expensive equipment that I need to perform my everyday services.
It isn't relaxing for you and it makes my job very difficult when a child is present, running through my home, or climbing all over mom.

As a courtesy to me and in respect to my home, please reschedule your appointment if you do not have child care.
Service will be refused at the door if a child is with you.

*Cancellation-.
.
24+ Hours notification required for cancellation.
If you need to cancel/change an appointment please do so with at least 24 hours notice.
Last minute cancels will result in a fee of $25.
Payment of the fee will be required before a new appointment is booked.

*If last minute cancellations happen more than twice I reserve the right to ask for payment (in full) ahead of time or stop the bookings completely.

*Cleanliness-.

All the drill bits, cuticle pushers, nail files and clippers that I use are cleaned and submerged into a disinfectant solution before each service.

*Fills-.
.
I recommend to all of my clients that they only go 2-3 weeks (4 maximum) between nail appointments.
Having nails is a commitment and they need to be maintained on a regular basis.
When your nails grow, the gel grows out too - leaving a gap between the cuticle and gel.
If they are left too long between fills, breakage and damage may occur.

**Nail biters - you will need to come even sooner after your first set (around 2 weeks).
Because of the biting, your nails are weak and in a fragile state and really need to be babied for the first few fills until they are strong again.
When deciding to get nail enhancements please keep this in mind.

*Nail Repairs - .
* Each nail fill includes 2 FREE repairs.
* Repairs within the first 7 days of your fill are free - $5.00 thereafter .
* 5+ repairs/missing nails at the time of filling will be charged as a new set @ $60.00.
* "Self" done nails will not be filled, I will remove them at a cost of $10.00 and they will be reapplied as a new set for $60.00.

I carry a TON of stuff for nail art: Fairy Dust, gems, striping tape, stamping, caviar, etc.
I also do all of my art by hand! .

There is an additional charge for nail art.
At the time of booking please ask for a quote on nail art.

Prices range from $2.00-$20.00 additional to fill price, depending on time needed, supplies required and design..

Pre-booking is key!! At least 1-2 appointments ahead if at all possible.
I only work select days and hours.
So in order to make sure you get the time and day you need - please book ahead! =).
If you desire nail art, please mention that at the time of your appointment to allow for enough time.

It's rare that my clients have issues with their enhancements, but if for some reason there is lifting or another problem , please call me ASAP so I can see the nails and correct the problem.
