We also run birthday parties and 1/2 day programs.
My Gym Children's Fitness Center opened in March of 2008.
We offer fun classes and birthday parties for children.

PRESCHOOL TO KINDERGARTEN AGE - In addition to having tons of fun with structured games and early gymnastics skills, kids learn beginning sports skills, gain fine and gross motor proficiency, and strengthen manipulative skills.
Children become more independent from their parents and the development of listening and social skills are emphasized........
KINDERGARTEN TO THIRD GRADERS - These classes are designed to help kids refine and master basic gross motor skills such as running, jumping, hopping, skipping, throwing, kicking and catching.
We are getting children ready for sports and developing confidence in connection with physical activity.
