Week 1 (4-10) No sugar.This is limited to pastries such as cookies, cakes, pies, and candies.
Also exclude items with sugar added with the intentions to make sweet such as jelly, syrups, and sodas..

Week 2 (11-17) No sugar or bread.
This includes sandwich bread, rolls, biscuits, and cornbread.
Pasta and rice are acceptable.
Use your own discretion though.
