Detailed description is Outdoor based tailored fitness sessions for mums and their babies.
Suitable for all levels of fitness.
MOTR sessions: Tuesdays and Thursdays 9.30-10.30am, Bums and Tums sessions Mondays 2-3pm, DAM HOT sessions Saturdays 8am-9am.
Are you wanting to lose your baby weight? Join us as we walk and run along the waterfront with our babies in their prams.
It doesn't matter if you're just starting out or have been running for some time as sessions are tailored accordingly.
Most importantly we enjoy a coffee at the end of the session!.

Sessions are run by Miranda Davidson who has a Bachelor of Physical Education and is an accredited triathlon and swimming coach.
Miranda has completed numerous Ironman competitions, marathons and triathlons and is a past NZ record holder in swimming..
