Mujeeb, after completing his tour of the United States, returned to pursue his own dreams in his native country.
When he was first starting out in broadcasting, Mujeeb was motivated by his own enjoyment.

But over time he began to discover how much of an impact his show could have on the lives of his fellow citizens.

در سال 1988 میلادی در شهر زیبای کابل در یک خانواده روشن فکر، علم پرور و وطن دوست متولد شده ام، پدرم عبدالرحمن منصب دار نظامی و پدر بزرگ ام عبدالاحد عارض نویسنده و دانشمند دینی است..

درسال 1999 زمانیکه 11 سال داشتم، درصنف پنجم مشغول آموزش در دوره ابتدایی مکتب بودم برای اولین بار معلم ام (عبدالکریم حکیمی) که درآن زمان گوینده برنامه های رادیو افغانستان بود دستم را گرفت و شانس اشتراک دربرنامه ی اطفال رادیو افغانستان را برایم مساعد نمود..
بعد از کوشش فراوان، حمایت و اعتماد نورآغا عدیل تهیه کننده برنامه های رادیو ملی را کسب کردم تا اینکه مرا به عنوان گوینده برنامه های اطفال رادیو افغانستان انتخاب کردند..

درسال 2001 با آمدن اداره موقت، تلویزیون ملی افغانستان یکبار دیگر پس از توقف چندین ساله حکومت طالبان به نشرات خود آغاز نمود..
من در آن زمان نه تنها جوان ترین گوینده برنامه اطفال تلویزیون ملی بلکه برنامه جالبی برای نوجوانان به نام آینده سازان نیز داشتم..

درسال 2004 با تلویزیون خصوصی افغان همکار شدم، میتوان گفت که من یکی ازجوان ترین تجربه کاران رسانه های کشورم بودم و کوشش میکردم که برنامه ها را با معیار های جهانی امروز تهیه و اجرا کنیم، از موقعیت به دست آمده استفاده خوب نموده و برای به دست آوردن تجربه با تمام تلاش به اجرا و تهیه برنامه های جوانان، اجتماعی، آموزشی و حتی خبری پرداختم..

درسال 2005 به پربیننده ترین تلویزیون (تلویزیون طلوع) مراجعه کردم و از شانس خوبم در اولین ملاقات پذیرفته شدم..
کارکردن درطلوع تلاش، دقت، حوصله و دانش بالا میخواهد، فضای طلوع برایم زیاد خوشایند شد به دلیل این که صمیمیت بین همکاران، عشق و علاقه زیاد به کار، نیرو و فکرجوان دارد و ازمدیریت خوب برخوردار است..

حسن موسوی کارگردان اولین برنامه تفریحی طلوع، (هاپ) من را کمک کرد تا چگونه یک مصاحبه تفریحی را پیش ببرم و این تجربه را در برنامه موج ها که برنامه خاص جوانان بود بدست آوردم، پس ازآن در برنامه معلوماتی ژوندون به عنوان مجری همکار با لودمیلا حسن زاده جایگزین داوود صدیقی شدم و همچنان میزبانی برنامه رقابتی سه پرسش سه پاسخ به ما سپرده شد و در همین سال (2006) از لیسه عالی امانی به درجه عالی فارغ شدم..

نبود یک برنامه که نشان دهنده فرهنگ افغان ها باشد در تلویزیون طلوع احساس میشد برنامه ای که انعکاس دهنده فرهنگ مهمان نوازی افغان ها باشد، چهره های نا آشنا را آشنا و آشنا را آشناتر بسازد و این موضوع من و نعمت را وا داشت تا برنامه مهمان یار را تهیه کنیم.

مهمان یار برنامه گفتگوی صمیمانه است هرآنچه مردم انتظار داشتند و نداشتند به لبخند پرسیدم و یارانم نیز با تمام صداقت پاسخ دادند..
همیشه تلاش داشتم بهترین چهره در رسانه های کشور خود باشم و مهمان یار اولین برنامه ملی و مردمی ام بود که مرا به اوج شهرت رساند، دراین برنامه من مهمان چهره های مطرح ،مقامات دولتی ، نخبه های تمام اقشار وطبقات مختلف جامعه و کشورم شدم، از جمله برنامه های به یاد ماندنی ام میتوان از مهمان یار با بشردوست، گل آغاشیرزی، داکترعبدالله (عبدالله)، حاجی محمد محقق، زمری کامگار، حاجی دین محمد، نانوای، آهنگر، صبورترافیک و خانمی که در کنار سرک دست فروشی میکرد، یاد نمود..

این برنامه از چهارسال به این سو در تلویزیون طلوع نشر میشود و هنوز هم از علاقمندان زیادی برخوردار است.
من هیچ گاهی برنامه هایم را از تلویزیون های خارج تقلید نکرده ام، چون به این باور هستم که روحیه برنامه های خارجی با روحیه مردم و خواست جامعه ما مطابقت ندارد.

هنوز دلیل و سبب خنده ها و گریه های ما با دنیای خارج تفاوت زیادی دارد، هر وقت که کمی های ما زیاد و زیادی ها ما کم شد درآن صورت با کشورهای دیگرمیتوانیم احساس مشترک داشته باشیم..

درسال 2010 شانس طلایی برایم مساعد شد که برایم باور نکردنی بود و آن این بود که به عنوان تهیه کننده و مجری برنامه سفری انتخاب شدم تا سفری به سراسر افغانستان داشته باشم..

نام این برنامه را داکترسمیع حامد نویسنده و شاعر جوان کشور، جوان به خاطر این نوشته ام چون که همیشه حرف نو برای گفتن دارد، کسیکه در وطن دوستی، صمیمت، مهربانی، حوصله وهمکاری با جوانان درافغانستان همتا ندارد..
دانش وهنرشان را هنرمندان و دانشمندان میتواند توصیف کنند، نه من ! .
او نام این سفر را هی میدان طی میدان گذاشت و من هم دعای سفر را خوانده، توکل خود را به خدا کرده و حرکت را به سرتاسر (34 ولایت افغانستان) شروع کردم..

هدف این سفر نشان دادن تصویر زیبای ولایات و فرهنگ غنی افغان ها، به مردم و رسانه های بیرون از افغانستان بود.

افغانستانی که مردم درجهان آنرا با تفنگ، جنگ و کوکنار می شناختند..
من با هزارن عشق و به عنوان یک جوان افغان این سفر را مسوولیت خود دانسته و در دو فصل (52) برنامه: تاریخ، فرهنگ، رسوم، عنعنات، طبیعت زیبا، زندگی مردم مناطق دور افتاده و ویژگی های این سرزمین را به تصویر کشیدم و این برنامه بود که چهره واقعی افغانستان را نه تنها مردم ما بلکه مردم دنیا از طریق پرده های تلویزیون خود شناختند..
افغانستان هنوز هم قشنگ است قشنگتر از گذشته ها..
در سال 2011 جهت ثبت برنامه ها به کشورهای امارات متحده عربی، هندوستان، روسیه ، پولند و ایالات متحده امریکا سفر نمودم.
