Detailed description is Welcome to Mudge Ranch Retreat, a premier luxury home near Yosemite National Park and Bass Lake CA.
Guests will enjoy the unique display of antiques and history this newly renovated 1.8 acre park-like property offers.
At almost 3500 sq ft, this home is very spacious, with four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and a loft that acts as a fifth bedroom for the kids.
It has beds to accommodate 14 people very comfortably.
Three of the bedrooms are on the main level (which is even with the 1 step front door) and the other one is only one step up, making this oasis very friendly for those with mobility restrictions and the elderly.
The living room has a cathedral wood beamed ceiling with many large windows to enjoy the forest views of deer and wildlife.
Its’ wood burning stove provides a cozy ambiance to sit back and relax as you visit with your family and friends while watching TV on the 60” flat screen.
The dining room features a custom 10 foot redwood dining table, with bench seating for 14 people.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has a large Wolf double oven gas stove with pot-filler, a large Subzero built in fridge, quiet dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, crock pot, and more providing everything you may need for cooking and dining.
Next to the kitchen is the laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer, and a second fridge and freezer for all the food and drinks that 14 people will eat and drink.
The master suite, with space for solitude and relaxation, has a 55”flat screen TV/BluRay, walk-in closet, an adjoining master bathroom featuring double marble sinks, and a jetted waterfall bathtub.
The home’s two guest rooms, the Yosemite Room and Bass Lake Room have queen size beds and share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom.
The large office/4th bedroom has a queen bed, built in desks and cabinets for crafts or finishing up that last project for work, and a roll-a-way twin.
Kids will love the upstairs loft room with its double/twin bunk bed, two additional twin beds and bean bag chairs.
