Coach Lori Czajkowski:.
Coach Lori Czajkowski has been avidly running for 5 years and is a certified adult distance running coach through the Road Runners Club of America as well as a certified Coach for Girls on The Run.
In addition she is AAFA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) Certified for personal training and group exercise, and is Red Cross CPR, AED and first aid certified.
She coached for three years at the Naugatuck YMCA and for the last two years has mentored and coached for Team Challenge while running on the team.
Lori has served on the planning and coordination committee for the Naugatuck Annual St.
Patrick’s Day 5k/10k race and was an inaugural coach for the Naugatuck Girls on the Run Chapter in 2015 and continues to act as a Coach for the chapter which has now grown to over 30 girls per season.
Lori loves inspiring people to be active and has completed 3 marathons, 13 half marathons and too many 5ks to count! When she is not spending time with her husband of 15 plus years: Chuck, and her two boys Tyler and Hunter, she is often found out running (sometimes with Tamath) usually training for her next goal and enjoying this amazing sport!.

Coach Tamath Rossi has been avidly running for 5 years and is a certified adult distance running coach through Fleet Feet National Sports Training Program as well as a certified Coach for Girls on The Run.
In addition Tamath is Red Cross CPR, AED and first aid certified.
Tamath has served three years on the planning and coordination committee for the Naugatuck Annual St.
Patrick’s Day 5k/10k race and the planning and coordination committee for the Naugatuck YMCA Inaugural 5k Rubber Duck Run.
Tamath was also an inaugural coach for the Naugatuck Girls on the Run Chapter in 2015 and continues to act as a Coach for the chapter which has now grown to over 30 girls per season.
Tamath competed in her first 5k as a bucket list item, instantly became hooked and advanced through running goals moving onto triathlons after her first year of running! Now an avid and dedicated triathlete, Tamath’s first love remains running (with biking coming in at a close second).
Tamath has completed 2 marathons, 4 half marathons, too many 5ks to track, too many sprint and Olympic Triathlons to count, a half ironman and currently is training for her full first ironman taking place October 2016.
Tamath loves to inspire and help people realize that they too can run! When Tamath is not out training for her next Triathlon or race: running (often with Lori!), swimming or biking, she enjoys time with her husband of 25 years: Ray, and her children Thomas, Alexandra and Benjamin..
