Tổ chức được quản lí và dẫn dắt bởi Đoàn trường THPT Chuyên Đại học Sư phạm Hà Nội..
Hoạt động chính của Movies for Relief là các đợt chiếu phim hàng năm, được tổ chức dành cho cả học sinh trong và ngoài trường.
