Detailed description is Welcome to Morgan’s Family Farm! We are located in beautiful Michigan about an hour north of Grand Raids near the little town of Woodville.
We are Eric and Pam Morgan.
Over ten years ago we began contemplating how we should spend our retirement years.
For 27 years I (Eric) worked in the corporate world and after that for a nonprofit ministry.
Pam stayed home with our three sons until they were in their late teens.
She then taught high school English and eventually began working full time for the same nonprofit ministry I did.
Working in a ministry was a great experience for both of us, but in our last few years there we began realizing that God was preparing us for a new adventure—developing a real working family farm..

As our adventure was beginning we invited each of our three sons and their families to join us on the farm whenever they felt the time was right.
Over a year ago our son David, his wife, Stephanie, and our two grandchildren, Trey and Elsa, moved here from Lowell, Michigan.
They have been a tremendous help to us, and it is has been such a delight having them here and being able to see them on a daily basis.
We are so blessed! Our other sons, Daniel and Michael, and their families, currently have commitments in other states that prevent them from joining us on the farm right now, but they are keeping their options open so we’re hoping that eventually we will all be working here together sometime in the future.

In the past year we have been laying the foundation for many of the activities of our farm and we are also looking forward to what lies ahead.
We hope that in the future we will be able to offer tours of our farm to individuals, families, and particularly to elementary school children, so that they can see first-hand how God provides eggs from chickens; great fruits and vegetables from well-watered soil; and outstanding maple syrup, excellent firewood, and beautiful furniture from the wide variety of trees He’s provided.
Our goal is to showcase God’s goodness by giving people the opportunity to see how He lovingly provides us with so many good things to make our lives better.
