At 25yrs, after 3 surgeries in 6 months, I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic and with a hormonal syndrome that doctors told me would have me struggling with my weight for the rest of my life.
I was told that I wouldn't be able to have children and that I would more than likely have diabetes and cardiovascular issues in the coming years, along with anxiety and depression issues.
I'd lost my job because of the time off work and I'd run half my good friends away lashing out at them in anger of my life situation.
A few months past before I started to think about what could be done.
Doctor upon doctor told me nothing would change and told me to take the pill and antidepressants as management.
After a few short months on some nutritional supplementation I started ovulating again.
The weight started coming off, diabetes disappeared and mood swings less and less.
This was the turning point in my career and my life.
