My work is created through a unique process of spontaneously layering free flowing colour and mark-making using a variety of mediums, textures and techniques..

She tells me stories of magical places born from dreams and the struggles she might face in her human existence and I help her speak her truth and connect with her human self through my art.

It's called La Lloba.

It's a folk story from mexico about a divine goddess who is also known as wolf woman.
.

She lives in the mountains in a cave.
.
.
She gathers wolf bones said to represent our stories.
She puts them into place and sings over them so they heal and return to their wolf form..

They run off into the moonlight and then turn into wild naked women in all their beauty and freedom.

A social outcast, a fringe dweller, a mover and a shaker with an energy within to empower others to discover their potential, to heal and grow and live a life of authenticity..

As an ultra sensitive person, I have always had a cave that i could withdraw inside when times were tough and I would create art with those emotions fueling me.
