MindsEye Designs is Community Partners' vocational program in the creative arts for adults with a developmental disability.
The primary focus is to encourage and explore creativity, acquire new skills, and to support people in their pursuit to become working artists.
The program educates and supports individuals in making original artwork, exploring creativity, and acquiring new skills.
Artists design and create visual and handcrafted artwork that is exhibited and sold throughout the seacoast area generating an income for the artists.
Through process and production, artists engage in self-expression and active involvement in the greater community.
Our artists develop experience with various mediums including drawing, painting, handcrafts, movement and dance.

Handcrafted arts: Individuals engage in structured activities to identify and develop creative art skills in jewelry making and other handcrafted art forms..

Visual arts: Individuals engage in structured, small group classes that target the development of visual art skills..

Movement and dance: Individuals engage in structured, small group classes combining therapeutic movement, dance and music activities to enhance overall wellness and increase expressive capabilities..

Guided support for working artists: Studio space is available for individuals interested in developing a personal portfolio that can be exhibited and purchased.
