I am Ashley, a licensed physical therapist and Polestar Pilates Rehab Practitioner.
My studio is located in Webster Groves, MO.
It features Balanced Body equipment, including reformer, tower, spine corrector, ladder barrel, and chair.
I have everything you need for a fun and rewarding Pilates session! .

Your first Pilates fitness session starts with a movement/posture analysis.
It’s just a time for me to get an idea of how your body moves (every one is different!) and your alignment.
I work with you to establish your fitness goals.
Your personal program uses all pieces of equipment (the Pilates chair, reformer, tower, ladder barrel/spine corrector, and mat) and is tailored to you and your body’s needs to help you progress to meet your goals.
There are no cookie cutter programs here.
Each exercise is chosen for a reason: to help you reach your goals.
Pilates is a fun and rewarding way to improve your movement, reduce pain, increase mindfulness and body awareness, build strength and increase flexibility, and improve your overall level of fitness- mental and physical!.

I offer private (just you) and duet (you plus another) sessions.
I recommend folks start with private sessions and progress to duets if desired.
I am scheduling clients mostly in school hours but have some early am and late pm sessions and Saturday morning availability as well.

Bonus: There is a play space available for kiddos! No need to book a baby sitter.
Your child is welcome in my home while you have your session.
I have toys, books, and a pack-n-play available.
Your child will be nearby but far enough for you to have your session.
