Detailed description is MACAA,LLC provides Construction projects Compliance services based on Department of Employment Services First Source Law.
Mikhail & Associates, LLC (M&A) will provide Construction Contract Compliance services based on Department of Employment Services New First Source Law Requirements.
M&A will collect, review, audit, monitor, track and submit all subcontractors First Source Agreement and Monthly Contract Compliance Reports to the Department of Employment Service (DOES), while ensuring the new First Source New Law requirements are met.
This in turn is based on contract values and enforcing job creation to meet or exceed new hire requirements to satisfy DOES New First Source regulations.

M&A are onsite compliance advocates who act on behalf of the General Contractor ensuring that all contractors are compliant with their contractual obligations as well as their first and second tier subcontractors.

Our compliance services approach is unique due to our onsite certified compliance advocates working directly with the contractors by providing:.
• Overall site Compliance for all Subcontractors and Lower Sub Tiers, to include, collecting, monitoring site auditing of monthly First Source Compliance reporting and submissions.
• Provide brochure of instructions prior to subcontractor start time..
• Enforce New First Source Requirements as they pertain to DOES..
• Collect quarterly DSLBD Verification form and track all CBE’s labor hours and dollars by percentage..
• Manage, maintain, and update statistical data on District residents and by Ward.
• Work with Ward Community Career Centers and Church/Club Organizations for job creation .
• Working directly with subcontractors prior to their start date to ensure compliance is followed..
• Provide quality assurance with a methodical approach to the Department of Employment Services .
• Provide initial and daily site walks ensuring workers are of U.S citizen status based on the Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) of 1986”.
• Provide workforce Development services for D.C residents and their returning citizens..
