Our instructor has been training with Soke Thomas Burdine for the last 28 years, and has attained the 7th Dan level.
We follow closely to the teachings of Koichi Tohei; “The coordination of mind and body”..

Our classes are Monday and Wednesday from 7:00-8:30 pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment.
Saturday there is an earlybird class from 8:00-9:30 am..
