I cannot start on a design until payment has been made and I am able to collect all the supplies necessary.
I bill by sending an invoice to your email.
As this invoice is through PayPal, you can pay securely using a credit or debit card, you can also choose to use a PayPal balance.
However, you DO NOT have to have an active PayPal account to pay online.
