My wife and I are residents of Phoenix, Arizona and have lived here since 2002.
As our mortgage business started to wind down I looked for new opportunities in related fields.
My wife's knowledge as a licensed real estate agent since 2005 along with my knowledge in finance made flipping a couple homes a logical next step.
We accomplished this in early 2011, successfully flipping two homes in Metro Phoenix in early 2011.
