Sam megas- personal trainer/online trainer/co owner I am an ACE certified personal trainer.I also am certified in TRX, Insanity, Nutrition Basic's, Les Mills Body Combat, Les Mills Body Pump, Les Mills GRIT Training, Group Fitness instructor .
I have a few more certifications I'll be going for as well but we will get to that when it comes! I train at my location or yours and I also teach at Punch Custom Fitness and Powerhouse Gym! Ive been doing this for 3 years and cant believe how much I have grown! Sharing my passion for fitness with people is what I do and what I love! .
Whether you are a beginner,intermediate, advanced I work with you for whatever your goals may be! Ive worked with all shapes and sizes, Ive worked with all ages! You are NEVER too old/young to get fit!! I also teach beginner TRX for people just wanting to check it out, take a refresher course, learn it so they can use it at their gym, or for your own personal use!! I specialize in One on one trainings, semi private trainings, group trainings and bootcamps!!I also have started Insanity bootcamps which are going VERY well! I have a few teen groups forming and some Mother/daughter teams signing up as well !! Beachbody has decided to let us show you how their programs work instead of doing them at home! .
