Detailed description is Mayo Mud Run combines road and field cross-country running, through water and mud and forest trails, across natural obstacles over approx 8kms Mayo Mud Run is a cross country adventure race.
The aim is to provide a well organised, friendly, muddy and FUN event, set in a beautiful location..
It consists of an aprox 8 km route of energy sapping clean DIRTY fun as you run, crawl, jump over natural terrain,while endeavoring not to get lost on the forest trails, with the common denominator of mud always only a footstep away.What better way to come and explore the raw beauty of the Mayo countryside..
