December 2014 I decided I still wasn't happy and wanted to take it to the next level and train for woman's physique and do my first show.
August 2015 I did my first Woman's Physique Competition and won 1st Place.
During 2016 I decided to take a break and try something new and did my first photo shoots for fitness modeling.
I love trying new things and I love to inspire and help others; that is why I made this website so that I can connect with others on how to live a healthier lifestyle.
