Detailed description is Matsuiwa Station was a JR East railway station located in the city of Kesennuma, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan.
It was destroyed by the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami and services have now been replaced by a provisional Bus Raid Transit line.LinesMatsuiwa Station was served by the Kesennuma Line, and is located 65.6 rail kilometers from the terminus of the line at Maeyachi Station.Station layoutMatsuiwa Station had one side platform serving a single bi-directional track.
