Velkommen til mit syn på livet - fitness verdenen! .

Jeg hedder Oliver Mather, og til daglig går jeg i på KIES efterskole, spiller håndbold, og fyrer den max af i fitnesscenteret.
Som 13 årig startede jeg i fitness, og grunden til det var i første omgang blot for at have det sjovt og rive jern, men når sandhedens time kommer, havde jeg faktisk ikke den fjerneste anelse om, hvad jeg lavede.
Jeg vidste dog én ting, og det var, at jeg havde en fantastisk følelse i kroppen efter en god omgang workout, og de små fremskridt jeg kunne se på min krop fra gang til gang, fik mig til at fortsætte og give mig en passion for det.
Da jeg senere begyndte at spille håndbold på et mere seriøst plan, blev det endnu vigtigere for mig at træne og spise den rette kost, da kost simpelthen er byggestenene for alt i kroppen.
Min viden omkring kost og fitness er tilegnet gennem medierne, faglitteratur og personlig erfaringer.
