Detailed description is Founded in 1995 Mata Gujri Sahara Trust is a non-profit organisation providing education and accommodation for children without families.
Mata Gujri Sahara Trust is an orphanage situated on the outskirts of Patiala on Dakala road.
It houses nearly 140 young children.
The Trust was started to look after the orphaned children of militants killed or martyred while serving their country.
But it now receives children who have lost family in any circumstances..

The children at this Trust are being educated at various institutes within the area.
Some of them have managed to pursue higher education abroad with perseverance and hard work.

The Trust also bears the expenses of Anand Karaj (marriage) of the young adults who are of marriageable age and wish to get married.
