I have been able to work in many areas of maintenance from high rises in Chicago to Resorts in Az.
My journey has taught me a lot such as you have never learned all you can learn, and there is always something to work toward.
I have put into place preventive maintenance programs at every community that I have had the pleasure to work at, for I believe that this is the key to a successful maintenance .
I have trained in boilers installation and repair, I’ve trained in central HVAC systems both electric and gas both with and without heat pumps, also rooftop chiller systems , I’m versed in all types of appliance repairs such as but not limited to washers, dryers both gas and electric, refrigerators’, stoves both gas and electric, dishwashers, disposals, and many others..
